Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This website is run by 5th Ward Digital, an app studio of 5th Ward Development Company in Houston, Texas ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect through this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you type in. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't use cookies for advertising or tracking.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you and talk with you about your project. We don't sell, rent or trade it, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email. Our host may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our conversation. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email 5thwarddev@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to our own apps and other websites. Each of those has its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
